Orders are dispatch within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, with the exception of products ordered with Custom Colours, which take up to two weeks to dispatch. Orders containing a product with a Custom Colour, will be held until all products are ready to be sent together.

Postage time varies based on distance, however will generally arrive 3-7 business days after the order has been posted.

We recommend ordering a minimum of two weeks in advance if you require the package to arrive by a specific date.

Once your package has been posted, you will receive tracking information from Australia Post.

We only ship within Australia.

All of products are designed in house and all products are made by hand.

As products are handmade, the product you receive may vary slightly from the image shown. For example, the position of the print on the fabric will vary for sewn items.

Crocheted items use 100% cotton yarn.

Sewn items generally use 100% cotton fabric, with the exception of interfacing.

All patterns are original patterns designed in house.

Paper products (such as bookmarks, cards etc) are printed in house and use original designs.

Please contact us if you require specific information about the materials used or manufacturing process.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

• is unsafe

• is significantly different from the sample or description

• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
